Shipping times?
Looking for an order update? All processing times can be located within the product descriptions.
Fine art prints: 2-7 days - Straight from the studio
Originals: 3-14 days depending on the destination. I carefully prepare the paintings for shipment and make sure everything is absolutely perfect! - Straight from the studio
PLEASE NOTE: If ordering to be delivered to an EU or International address, original artworks on canvas may be sense unstretched and rolled - please refer to the individual product listing for information.
Once dispatched, an email will be sent to the email you provided at checkout with tracking information.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship original paintings worldwide.
However, sadly I am no longer able to ship art prints to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations
How will my artwork be sent?
Your artwork will be packaged safely and securely to ensure safe shipping. This will either be done by me in the studio or by a shipping company, if appropriate, to ensure it is as secure as possible.
If ordering artwork to be delivered to an EU or International address, large original artworks on canvas may be sent unstretched and rolled to make shipping safer and more affordable - please refer to the individual product listing for information.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent to you via email to the email address you provided at checkout.
Will my print be hand-signed?
My fine art prints on paper are hand-signed by me in the studio.
Can I commission an artwork?
Yes, I am currently open for commissions. Please get in touch via the form on my commissions page or email me at hello@felicitysouterart.com with reference/inspiration images.
Please note: Commission pieces can take 2-6 weeks to complete.
