The Inspiration:

Spring on the Shore was inspired by the gentle awakening that happens along the coastline as the seasons shift. I wanted to capture that soft sense of renewal—the delicate colours, subtle textures, and quiet energy that spring brings to the sea’s edge.

This pair of paintings is about noticing life returning in small, beautiful ways. It’s a peaceful reflection on nature’s rhythms and the calm that comes with paying attention to them.
